Hey Beautiful! Thank you so much for stopping by Polka Dot Theory! My name is Tren (short for Trenise). I was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana and now proud to call Dallas, Texas my home. I'm a true "Southern Girl" (You must sing this in your best Frankie Beverly Voice) with lots of Creole spice at least that's what I've been told.

PolkaDot Theory was created to serve as a creative outlet. A place where I can not only escape from the monotony of my everyday life in Corporate America, but reconnect with the things that I love the most.

I'm often asked, "Why PolkaDot Theory?" Well truth be told it has nothing to do with my undying love for Polka Dots (I actually do), but it's the fact that life isn't always so black and white. While we like to think that life is supposed to be as perfect as the Polka Dot pattern, it's not but I have a few theories on how we can get as close to perfect as we humanly can.

So join me on this journey as pen the ins and outs of making the most of this life sprinkled with a few of the things that I love. I hope that you find these posts inspiring and entertaining if nothing else.
